Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchanges

You have 15 calendar days to return an item for exchange. To initiate the exchange process, please contact Gradall at dsgoodwin@gradall.com, explaining what the item is you want to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Please include your order number in the email to expedite the process. You do not have to wait for a reply from Gradall to ship the item(s) for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is approved for exchange, we will initiate the replacement of your original item(s) with an email that your replacement item has been shipped.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds, but exchanges can be made, pending approval of returned item(s).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
